Terms and conditions
The contract your account is governed by.
Revised on 1 September 2026
Our agreement
You and Beurs are bound by these terms as your agreement. You accept them when you use burselle.com or open an account.
Should you not accept them, please do not open an account. Existing account holders may close the account and withdraw the balance.
Who may sign up
Being of legal age where you live, acting for yourself and not residing in a jurisdiction we cannot serve are all required. Proof of any of these may be requested whenever we choose.
Each person may hold a single account. Without a written arrangement with us, no account may be run on someone else's behalf.
Account security
Keeping your sign-in details secure is your responsibility, as is all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect another person has access, let us know straight away.
A withdrawal destination receives funds only once it is added and confirmed. This makes the first withdrawal slower and blocks most account takeovers.
Risks of trading
Losses from leveraged trading can exceed what you have deposited. The platform offers leverage of up to x200, at which point even a slight adverse move can close a position.
Under cross margin, positions draw on the account's margin together, so losing on one may leave less room for another.
Every position offers stop-loss and take-profit, and we advise you to set them. Execution happens at the best price available, which can differ from your chosen level when the market moves fast.
The site offers no investment advice, and nothing on it recommends that you buy or sell. Every decision on your account is your own.
Deposits and withdrawals
You can deposit and withdraw by card, by bank account, or over the supported crypto networks. Fees and processing times are shown to you before confirmation.
Client money is kept apart from the company's operating funds. Your balance is never lent out to finance our own operations.
Investment plans and staking
Before you commit, each plan shows its asset, term and rate, and shows them once more on the confirmation screen. Rates vary over time; whichever rate is displayed at the moment you confirm applies to that plan.
Projections shown anywhere on the site, the calculator included, illustrate the result at today's rate. They do not guarantee any return.
Service availability
Our goal is a platform that is always available, though we cannot guarantee it. Whenever possible, we give advance notice of maintenance. We have no control over network congestion or market halts.
Suspending and closing accounts
An account may be suspended by us when the law requires it, when verification has not been completed, or when its activity points to the account being compromised. If we are allowed to give the reason, we will.
Once your open positions are closed and your balance withdrawn, you can close your account whenever you wish.
Limits of liability
We are liable for failures in the service we provide. We bear no liability for market losses, for your decisions, or for failures resulting from causes truly beyond our control.
These terms cancel no right that local law gives you where you live.
Amendments
These terms may be amended by us. Before a material change takes effect, it is announced on the site and emailed to account holders.
